Kingdom Fitness (KF) is an awesome fitness ministry under the leadership of Lady Ingrid ‘Liz’ Elizabeth Epps, Fitness Trainer and Minister Joseph, Assistant Trainer. KF is based on workout sessions focusing on motivation, determination, health and eating right.
Purpose: To stay fit and taking care of God’s Holy Temple, which is our body.

Our weekly schedule starts as follows:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights @6:30pm
The routine are as follows:
- Cardio fitness (workout sessions up to 15-25mins)
- Pilates (we do not do yoga)
- Thursday night runs
- Fun fitness games
- Healthy eating tips
- Progress tracking
and more fun activities!
